Refurbishing and expanding from their current London office space on the second floor in the city of London, Canada Life Investments appointed Skansen to deliver the fit out of the third floor, providing an open plan office area, reception, executive boardroom and training room.
This client facing space featured a high quality reception with stone flooring, bespoke joinery, acoustic ceilings and large waiting area.
In the boardroom, a bespoke American Walnut meeting table and high-end video conferencing system were installed. Following the relocation of personnel, Skansen commenced the commercial refurbishment of the second floor, which included extensive enhancements to the building services.
As the floor remained fully occupied throughout the fit out works, maintaining the business continuity of this financial services provider was of paramount importance.
