Biography: Stephen has been working in the fitting out and refurbishment sector for over 25 years, and is one of the most respected construction leaders in the industry.
Stephen is responsible for all Skansen’s UK operations including the day to day management of all sites and projects. He is also closely involved with Skansen’s Social responsibility commitments and the community home projects for IPI in Meru, Kenya specifically.

Name: Peter Smith
Title: Commercial Director

Biography: Peter has extensive experience in the fitting out and refurbishment industry, having worked in both the London and European markets for the last 20 years. With a wide range of knowledge regarding procurement routes utilised throughout the industry, Peter is responsible for overseeing Skansen’s commercial teams for both the pre and post construction phases of projects.

Name: James Pack
Title: Director

Biography: James has worked in refurbishment, fitting out and commercial real estate sector for over 15 years. Having started his career as an army officer in the Royal Green Jackets , James moved to multi-disciplinary surveying practice Cushman & Wakefield where he specialised in identifying clients' prospective occupational requirements and project managing the acquisition and occupation process. In 1998 he moved into the refurbishment and fit out sector and is one of Skansen’s founding directors.
He led the development of the Ska Rating with RICS and is a member of the RICS Ska Rating Committee, and naturally became one of the first RICS Accredited Ska Assessor's when Ska Rating was launched in November 2009. As an expert on Environmental good practice within the industry he regularly provides CPD for clients, professional teams and designers, and is a regular conference speaker. He is responsible for ensuring Skansen meets their Sustainability and Environmental Responsibility objectives as set out in the CSR Policies.

Name: James Weekes
Title: Surveying Director

Biography: James has worked in the construction industry for over 25 years. Starting his career in main construction, James moved into fit out and refurbishment 12 years ago and has gained invaluable experience working for market leaders across all procurement routes. James joined Skansen in 2007 and has been directly involved in both preconstruction and operational activities, gaining in depth knowledge of all aspects of Skansen’s processes.

Name: Elizabeth Goldbrom
Title: Head of HR
|
|
Biography: Elizabeth joined Skansen in 2004 and since then has been an integral part of Skansen’s structured growth. She became Head of HR in 2008 and is currently working towards the CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice. Elizabeth is responsible for all elements of HR for Skansen and has developed Human Resources as a business driver. As a service based company, Human Resources is a key asset and Skansen’s HR policy reflects this. Elizabeth is also closely involved with the company’s Social Responsibility becoming a Trustee of the Skansen Foundation in 2009.

Name: Anna Seeley
Title: Non Executive Chairman

Biography: Anna qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1993, and has specialised in real estate, investment and property development for over 15 years, working for both private and public companies, including BT Plc and GE Corporation. Anna has been instrumental in the development of Skansen since its inception in 2001 and oversees its strategic growth at Group level, including the formation of new business streams.

Name: Christopher Seeley
Title: Non Executive Director

Biography: Christopher has specialised in the construction and property sectors for over 20 years, working in both private practice and at board level within the construction sector. He has been involved in many areas of research within the industry covering areas such as procurement and sustainability. He is currently responsible for the development and implementation of the Group's CSR programme covering sustainability, social responsibility, people and quality. He is a Chartered Surveyor and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
