Skansen has developed its Human Resources as a business driver. As a service based company, our Human Resources are our key asset and our HR policy reflects this. A clear policy on disseminating information is maintained by the company, whether this be through line management, workshops and company meetings. This is carried out in conjunction with Appraisals & Training, and with HR representation at board level.

Skansen is a fully accredited member of Investors in People, a national standard which recognises the investment of companies in their people.
