Royal Hospital Road, London SW3 

Skansen were appointed to carry out the refurbishment works of the long wards and washrooms at The Royal Hospital Chelsea. These listed buildings, designed by Sir Christopher Wren, are full of history and period features providing a fitting home for veteran soldiers.

Skansen completed the 11,000sq.ft fit out of CoStar’s new European Headquarters, following the successful delivery of offices in Glasgow and London. CoStar’s strong corporate branding was a common theme throughout all 3 projects.

Quantum Q1, Norden Road, Maidenhead SL6

Following detailed assessment of space and services requirements for a number of shortlisted buildings, Skansen have recently completed the 27,000sq.ft design and build fit out for Compuware’s new UK headquarters. This is one of the first projects to be formally assessed and accredited under the Ska Rating Scheme, achieving a Silver Rating.

5th Floor, Temple Circus, Bristol

Skansen were pleased to deliver their 7th project for ACS Buck Consultants, having completed projects in London, Manchester, Ipswich and Reading. Working in a newly refurbished building in Temple Circus, Skansen closely liaised with the landlord’s team regarding base build services and building logistics.

New Appointment: Skansen welcome the opportunity to deliver Mitsubishi Pharma Europe’s new European Headquarters on the 5th and 6th Floors of Dashwood House, a landmark building in the City of London.

New Appointment: Skansen are delighted to have been appointed by DTZ to undertake the first floor fit out of 112-114 Middlesex Street on behalf of Tyco International. This appointment continues Skansen’s successful working relationship with DTZ.

New Appointment: With a proven track record of working in occupied live court environments, Skansen have secured two further refurbishment projects for HMCS at First Avenue Holborn and Highbury Magistrates’ Court.

New Appointment: Skansen have been appointed to undertake the 20,000sq.ft fit out for a major UK Fashion Label in their London headquarters in Westminster. This appointment follows previous successful project completions with the same Client and Skansen are extremely pleased to continue the successful working relationship.

New Appointment: A central government department employs Skansen to undertake the 80,000sq.ft refurbishment of their South London offices. With this appointment, Skansen continue to strengthen their presence in the public sector.
