Skansen’s experience in the refurbishment market is wide ranging and diverse. From specialist repairs of listed buildings to erections of large steel frame extensions, Skansen’s team has a proven track record in delivering complex and difficult refurbishments for a variety of Clients. The challenges met include major works in a live international hotel, detailed repairs to a grade II listed building, constructing a lift shaft in a live County Court, constructing additional floors on top of existing buildings and erecting steel structures within extremely confined spaces. The Clients for whom we have worked are as diverse as the nature of the projects undertaken. These include Her Majesty’s Court Service, SAS Rezidor Hotels, Argyll Business Services, Zodiac Maritime Agencies and DSICMM Group (international printers). With experience gained from a wide background in all aspects of refurbishment and new build, Skansen’s Construction Team welcome the opportunity to develop creative solutions for the unique problems that are encountered when carrying out this type of work. |
